Health care providers are essential to the care patients receive. Therefore, I will fight for the enactment of policies that remove unnecessary barriers and ensure that all well trained, certified, capable and qualified healthcare personnel are able to treat patients, up to their level of competency.

Eliminate City Debt
Over a period of six (6) years I will eliminate the City of Las Vega’s debt service by transitioning from the current "Debt to Fund Services'' revenue and expenditure system to a "Pay As You Go" revenue and expenditure system.

Education
We must do more than safely warehouse students; teach them reading, writing, math and science and train them to pass tests. That is the bare minimum. We must thoroughly expose them to all of life's intangibles; including the arts, history, the humanities, civics, sports and technology. We must have one base curriculum common to children at the same grade level, across each of the schools, throughout the city.

Empowerment
Our overall goal is to enable contractors who are representative of expanded diversity, to be able to control their own destiny. Ideally, the pool of companies providing resources should be owned by diverse groups of Females and Males; Blacks, Whites, LatinX, and Asians; Disabled Persons; Veterans; as well as Mature and Younger persons.

Develop A Smart Economy
Because of coronavirus-related shutdowns, state and local tax revenue plummeted. Sales taxes fell because people purchased fewer goods. Income taxes dropped amid rising unemployment. To help make up the shortfall, the Fed’s program purchased municipal notes, allowing state and local governments to continue functioning through the crisis.
